Join us to celebrate Multiculturalism Day and Pride Month in Canada with a special concert honoring diversity, equity, inclusion, and mutual respect, featuring Canadian jazz singer-songwriter Ori Dagan, with pianist Steve Raiman, and other guest performers. Born in Israel, Ori moved to Canada at the age of eight. He gave up classical piano and turned to writing poetry before Ella Fitzgerald’s scat solos inspired him to pursue jazz. He brings a wry and agile sense of swing to everything he does, whether interpreting a standard, spinning a pop tune, or introducing his own original music and lyrics.
